The process is well written out, the examples given during the course are very practical. There is a fair bit of interaction and sharing experiences and morning tea , lunch and afternoon tea are coming around just when you are ready to have them!

Few can argue against the use of coaches to gain increases in performance or the attainment of specific goals. Consider such high performance individuals as professional athletes, theatrical actors and public speakers. In each case, a coach is involved as an integral aspect of their strategy to both improve overall performance and achieve consistency. Football teams have long since moved from engaging a single coach and now employ coaches for every aspect of the game, such as tackling, fitness, wrestling and kicking. Some evidence does suggest that the French soccer team also employ an acting coach.

Executive Coaches have begun to figure more prominently in the organisational strategies as companies fight for market share and revenue gains.
