Preparing to register your trademark? Be prepared for the SCAM Invoice you will receive by post.

IP Australia notifies all trademark applicants that a company called "TM-Collection" from Szombathely, Europe may send bogus invoice to any trademark registration owners. This warning is contained in the Web site, instructions and correspondence from IP Australia.

The invoice supplied to the new trademark owner is for producing your new trademark (name or logo) on an international magazine. This invoice has NO relevance, or connection to your trademark registration within Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom or United States.

The company "TM-Collection from Szombathely" invoices any trademark owner $1,650.00 USD for printing advertisement. I have attached one of these invoices received by Greymouse, as evidence of the bogus invoices and documentation you will receive.

The invoice looks professional and the web site referred to looks up to date with recent content.

If you are registering your trademark or considering registering your trademark be prepared for the false invoices you will receive.

Save yourself the heart ache that comes with wasting time and money by learning the traps early.
