Why cant I see the videos?
Our Videos require the latest version of Flash Macromedia. This program is FREE for personal use and required for multimedia on your computer.
Once the program is installed you may need to close the browser and visit our site again.
I have flash, but videos still do not play at the office.
Greymouse's videos are located on Googles YouTUBE content network.
Some corperate networks may have this site restricted from view, you may have to ask the system administrator to enable the site OR view the site from a non-blocked location (EG: Home)
My video plays, stops & plays again?
The effect is a pause during playing then restarts without doing anything.
If you have a slow broadband connection the videos need to download first before playing.
Recommended solution: Click play to start the download, then click pause to wait. This will allow the red bar to download load most of the video. When the red bar is complete, then clock play again and view the full video.
I cannot see the videos at all
Viewing multimedia requires programs on your computer and speakers.
THe programs are FREE, Internet Explorer 7.0 or Firefox are recommended for best viewing experiance.
Without the Speakers you will miss the audio and not hear the voice and music.
